Today was the day that we had set aside for the famous visit to Santa Claus. The plans were to
get to the mall early (9:30) so that we didn’t have to wait in a long line. Desheng Darling and I arrived about 9:15. For once, I was on time. Santa was scheduled to arrive at 10:00...good planning so far....DD really enjoyed the Santa visit last year, so I wasn’t really concerned about her being afraid.. After all, she’s a year older now, more mature, better adjusted..blah, blah, blah.
However, when it was her turn to sit on Santa’s lap, she refused to go. She allowed all the other girls to go ahead of her. When I asked her why she wouldn’t sit in his lap, she told me that she was afraid that he might "smell". She has a real issue with bad breath! So this year, Santa will receive a few breath mints along with his cookies and milk! Hopefully, that will solve the problem! Maybe we will have better luck next year.We managed to get a picture of her with the group, but I guess we will just have to email Santa with our Christmas list this year!

You had to wait a long time for Panda Mom and Spicy Mom. Soooo sorry. Glad we made it in time. We'll try to be on time next year....LOL.
