Amazing Fait Accompli!
Ok, I’m sure that many of you reading this post will not think that this topic is blog-worthy. You, obviously, have not recently tried to potty-train a 2 yr-old. Lol. Doodlebug is our 4th child, so you’d think we would know all of the PT tricks. Well, we don’t! Duh…Potty-training hasn’t been an experience that I cared to repeat with any of them. Amazingly, I haven’t had to be creative at all with DB! (No stickers, no candy, no drawing smiley faces on the back of the toilet seat, etc.) We decided to get serious about potty training with cloth panties, and I can honestly say that within 2 days, DB had it all figured out! She now lets me know when she needs to go. Amazing! It’s the little things in life that just make my day!!!!!

Hurrah!! This is quite an accomplishment. Give DB a hug for us and tell her how proud we are of her. Having DD ahead of her was probably an asset. Aunt Muh

As a mother of a two year old, this is a HUGE DEAL!!! Max is about 1/2 way there, but has a way to go. Congrats to Doodle Bug! Worth celebrating!!

with a new puppy in the house I can say you go girl!!!!! So I need to get the puppy some pretty panties!! Great idea--maybe a pretty dog treat!!
Yay! My daughter is also 2 and she's been at the PT for about 4 days. She hasn't had an accident in 2 days! I'm shocked!

Uh, let's not underestimate this momentous occasion. From either prospective I might add. DB-"Yeah, I'm a big girl now". MD and DD, "Yeah, no more money spent on diapers". Win-win! Congrats!
WOW! Congratulations to y'all. It is a big accomplishment. LMF did not want to PT at all, then one day she just decided "no more diapers for me" and that was it. And that was AFTER she turned 3.
