Looking out over the city from our hotel room
Today we made the traditional “group picture.” Der should have them ready for us by tomorrow. We also attempted to make the famous “red couch” picture of all the little girls. I guess you can see how well that worked! LOL Desheng Darling was the only one who wasn’t crying! Doodlebug refused to even sit on the couch. At least we were able to get a few good pictures of the girls in their Chinese dresses.
Did I mention that DB’s paperwork stated that she could be obstinate??? LOL This the famous stiff backbend pose exhibited during her tantrums.

I am so glad that you are nearly ready to come home. I love the "stiff-back" pose! Isn't it amazing just HOW different children can be? I can just see your mind whirling as you try to adjust to how to handle this one. Hang in there! Love, Aunt Muh
DB is a true Anhui girl! I have been enjoying lots of deja vu through your posts, especially the stiff back. Oy vey!
