Start with the secret ingredient.
Add eggs and milk.
Stir with a magic spoon.
Pour into cupcake liners and bake.
Excellent!!!
Add a little butter, and before you know it there will be nothin' left…. hence the name Cornbread Nothins'.

I just have oooonnnnneeeee question (and no, it's not, "How 'bout them Cowboys!!") --The question for today is do you cook these cornbread 'nothins in an e-z bake oven or a conventional one????? hee hee -- wish we had been there to bake with you --- preferably with NO spills on the counter (ahem)...;) Ethan is STILL talking about our cookie ah...adventure!!! How cute! Cornbread is a new favorite of Spicy Girl's too. We had them just the other night. She enjoys a little butter and honey.
